About Andrew Theo
Andrew Theo Neuwirth studied government at Cornell University and stayed there for law school, earning his J.D. in 1993. He entered the legal profession in the early 1990s after completing his studies. The academic foundation at Cornell shaped his approach to legal work and prepared him for courtroom practice.
He served as a prosecutor at the Queens County District Attorney's Office in 1996. That role placed him on the front lines of criminal practice and exposed him to high-volume caseloads and courtroom procedure. He later moved into private practice, where he began to handle a broader mix of client matters.
By 2003 he was working at Foster & Eldridge LLP. At that firm he was listed as a lawyer and worked on matters that drew on his prior experience in both public and private settings. The shift to a firm environment added layers of civil practice and case management to his skill set.
In 2010 he started Neuwirth Law Office, LLC. Since then he has maintained a private practice under that firm name. He is an active member of several professional organizations. He belongs to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, both memberships dating to 2010 and continuing to the present. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice from 2010 to the present.
Neuwirth is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York. That dual admission reflects his career path through Queens County and later work based in Pennsylvania. It also means he can represent clients in both state systems and bring experience from two different legal communities.
His office is listed at 2200 Renaissance Blvd., suite 270. From there he manages client files, conducts consultations, and oversees litigation and transactional work associated with his practice. The office serves as the base for his day-to-day legal work and for meetings with clients and opposing counsel.
Over the course of his career he has moved between public prosecution and private practice, carrying courtroom experience into his work for clients. He remains active in local and state bar organizations and continues to accept matters in his admitted jurisdictions. He currently practices privately from his office at 2200 Renaissance Blvd., suite 270, representing clients in matters in Pennsylvania and New York.
