About Angela V.
Angela V. Lallemont built a legal path that mixes courtroom work, community service and contributions to professional organizations. She earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 2009 and later completed a Certificate in Trauma Informed Advocacy at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019. Those academic steps shape how she approaches cases and clients.
She is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Early in her career she became involved in family-law practice and related court roles. Over time she took on positions that put her at the intersection of legal representation and child welfare, joining the Minnesota State Guardian Ad Litem Board in 2020. Her membership in the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts dates back to 2014, reflecting longstanding engagement with custody and custody-related processes.
Her organizational work runs through the last decade. From 2015 to 2018 she served on the board of Lawyers Concerned For Lawyers. She began serving on the Winona County Bar Association board and became its president in 2020. In 2021 she joined the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section Council and accepted a seat on the Winona Community Foundation board. In 2023 she joined the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Domestic Violence Committee. Those roles put her in regular contact with judges, guardians ad litem and other family law professionals.
Lallemont balances advocacy and training. The trauma-informed advocacy certificate she completed in 2019 speaks to attention to client circumstances that extend beyond legal paperwork. She has combined that training with courtroom practice, guardian ad litem work and committee service. Colleagues and peers encounter her in bar meetings and community boardrooms as often as in court halls.
She practices from Lallemont Law LLC in Winona. The firm handles family law matters and related issues. Her work includes divorce proceedings, custody and parenting time disputes, and representation in hearings where child safety and well-being are central concerns. She also continues to engage in professional committees and boards that influence family-law practice in Minnesota.
Her current practice focuses on family law, including divorce, custody and related matters.
