About Anh

Anh Phoong earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln University. She arrived at law school intent on courtroom work and the practical side of client advocacy. The degree provided academic grounding in litigation skills, evidence and procedure, and set the stage for a practice built around contested matters.

Her professional path led quickly into trial work. Over time she established Phoong Law Corp and built a small firm structure that supports clients across multiple locations. She maintains several offices through the firm and handles the day-to-day operations as well as client matters. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparation and direct in court presentation.

Phoong is active in local and statewide bar-related groups. She holds memberships in the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Lawyers of California. Records indicate she has been involved in organized bar activities since 2012, participating in continuing education programs and association events. Those affiliations reflect the mix of trial practice and consumer-oriented representation that appears repeatedly in her work.

Her casework centers on civil litigation. She represents individuals in disputes that often require courtroom advocacy. Consumer protection matters appear frequently in her docket, and she handles pretrial motions, discovery disputes, settlement negotiations and trials. Her approach is pragmatic. She prepares each matter as if it will be tried and then looks for opportunities to resolve cases when resolution serves the client's interest.

At Phoong Law Corp she supervises a team that manages case intake, litigation strategy and client communications. The firm fields cases from intake through trial, and its structure allows Phoong to oscillate between hands-on litigation and managing case portfolios. Clients see a mix of personalized attention and systematic case management.

Outside of litigation rooms she takes part in educational gatherings hosted by the associations to which she belongs. Those sessions keep her current on developments in evidence rules, civil procedure and consumer law trends. The ongoing involvement in professional groups also gives her access to peer resources when cases present novel issues.

She continues to practice at Phoong Law Corp. Her current practice centers on consumer protection and civil litigation at the firm.
