About Beau E.
Beau E. LeBlanc graduated from Georgetown University in 1995 and earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998. He completed a traditional course of study at two well-established law schools and moved into a practice that spans state and federal forums. His academic record set the foundation for a career that centers on litigation in multiple districts across the Gulf Coast and Texas.
LeBlanc is admitted in Louisiana and Texas and holds admission to several federal courts. They include the U.S. Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Southern District of Texas, the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Southern District of Alabama. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Mississippi and to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. At the appellate level, he is admitted to the Fifth Circuit.
He is a member of Bland & Partners. At that firm he handles matters that arise in the many jurisdictions where he is admitted. His practice involves appearances in both federal district courts and bankruptcy court. The range of courts on his roster suggests regular handling of multi-district and multi-jurisdictional issues, though his work is grounded in courtroom procedure and the practical demands of litigation.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and direct in court filings and oral argument. That manner suits the kinds of cases that travel between state and federal systems, where rules and timelines differ but the need for clear advocacy does not. Clients who require representation in several districts benefit from an attorney who is already admitted to those forums. LeBlanc’s admissions allow him to file in the Southern and Northern Texas districts, across Louisiana’s district courts, and into Mississippi and Alabama federal courts without needing special admission each time.
He also appears in the Fifth Circuit, which handles many appeals originating in the Gulf Coast and Texas. Practicing at the appellate level requires attention to record building and legal briefing. LeBlanc’s courtroom work therefore spans both trial and appellate responsibilities.
He currently practices at Bland & Partners, where he handles litigation and federal-court matters across the jurisdictions where he is admitted.
