About Brandon
Brandon Miller built his legal foundation at two well-known California schools. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2008. He went on to graduate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2012.
After law school, Miller entered private practice and focused his efforts on civil litigation and client representation. Over the years he developed practical courtroom experience and familiarity with the procedures that guide state and federal claims. He is admitted to practice in California and is authorized to appear before the Ninth Circuit.
His early work involved handling a steady stream of personal injury matters. That work exposed him to the day-to-day demands of injured clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters and trial calendars. He learned to manage evidence, draft pleadings and prepare cases for mediation and, when necessary, trial.
Miller’s practice evolved around questions of liability, damages and the tactical decisions that shape litigation. He represents individuals pursuing compensation after accidents and other harms. He handles both pre-suit negotiations and formal litigation. In court he has experience presenting motions and arguing procedural issues; outside court he has negotiated settlements and coordinated medical and financial documentation necessary for claims.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in approach. He balances attention to case detail with an eye toward efficient resolution. He maintains memberships in professional legal organizations and participates in continuing legal education to stay current on changes in tort law and civil procedure.
Today Miller is based at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. There he is part of a team that manages personal injury caseloads, from intake through resolution. His work includes client interviews, developing case strategy, supervising discovery and advocating in settlement talks and hearings.
The arc of his career follows a straightforward path: strong academic credentials, steady courtroom experience and a practice centered on personal injury litigation. He continues to handle cases at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., where his practice concentrates on personal injury litigation and related claims.
