About Clancy

Clancy Boylan built a legal path that moves from business school to the courtroom. He earned a B.S. from Saint Joseph's University in 2005, followed by an MBA from Wilkes University in 2008. He then turned to law and received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012.

After law school, Boylan entered a mix of litigation roles that exposed him to both state and federal matters. Early years included work on civil cases where he developed courtroom experience and trial preparation skills. He later joined larger firm environments that expanded his caseload and gave him regular trial room time. Over the past decade he has practiced across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, appearing in state courts in both jurisdictions.

Boylan's memberships include the American Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He participates in local bar and trial groups where lawyers trade courtroom strategies and case law updates. The professional associations keep him connected to peers who try personal injury and civil litigation matters. He attends seminars and continuing legal education programs required by the bar to maintain active practice status.

His casework has concentrated on plaintiff-side civil litigation. He has handled personal injury claims, insurance disputes, and related pretrial motions and discovery battles. He prepares cases for trial and negotiates settlements when the facts and law point that way. He works through medical records, expert reports, and deposition transcripts to build claims. He also represents clients in cases that raise questions about liability and damages in accidents and consumer disputes.

Today Boylan is part of Morgan & Morgan, where he continues to represent individuals in civil matters. He splits time between courtroom appearances and case preparation. Colleagues describe him as someone who goes through records methodically and treats each file as a discrete problem to solve. He represents clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts and handles litigation from initial complaint through trial or resolution. He currently practices at Morgan & Morgan, representing plaintiffs in civil litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
