About Connie
Connie Reguli traces her professional roots to Tennessee higher education. She earned a B.A. in University Studies from Middle Tennessee State University in 1989. Five years later she completed her J.D. at the Nashville School of Law and moved into the practice of law in the same state.
Her entry into practice followed directly after law school. She began working as a lawyer in Tennessee and has remained active in the state's legal community. Over time she has taken on the routine responsibilities that come with representing clients, including counseling, drafting court documents and advocating on behalf of those she represents.
Reguli maintains regular ties to the profession through bar associations. She is a current member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Those memberships keep her connected to developments in the law and to colleagues across the state and nation.
Day-to-day, her work involves familiar lawyerly tasks. She advises clients, prepares filings, negotiates on their behalf and appears when necessary in court and administrative settings. She adapts her approach to the needs of each matter, whether a straightforward transactional issue or a dispute that requires litigation steps.
Colleagues and clients describe her approach as pragmatic and straight spoken. She focuses on clear explanations and practical next steps. She pays attention to timelines and documentation. That orientation helps in matters where deadlines and procedural requirements are decisive.
Outside of case work she follows changes in Tennessee law and the rules that govern practice. Membership in local and national bar groups is part of how she stays current. She currently practices law in Tennessee.
