David Marc Lederman is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Lederman is the managing partner at The Law Offices of David M. Lederman, a family law firm located in Moraga, California. Mr. Lederman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, graduating in 1995. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. During his time at McGeorge, he was recognized as a Top Ten Advocate in the International Moot Court Competition and was inducted into the Traynor Honor Society.

Mr. Lederman is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.
