Edward Hung is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both California and Massachusetts. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Hung is the founder of the Law Offices of Edward Hung, a law firm located at 101 Arch Street, 8th Floor, Boston, MA 02110. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients in both California and Massachusetts.
Mr. Hung earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Trinity College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1999. During his time at Santa Clara University, he gained a solid foundation in legal principles, preparing him for his future practice.
Mr. Hung concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, immigration law, and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving divorce, property division, child custody, child support, child visitation, spousal support, restraining orders, and premarital/postmarital agreements. His immigration practice includes family-based and employment-based visa and green card services, as well as U.S. citizenship matters. Additionally, he provides general counsel services and civil litigation representation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hung has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. In Massachusetts, he has appeared before the Massachusetts Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for five years.
Mr. Hung is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Massachusetts State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California and Massachusetts effectively.
