About Gabriel
Gabriel Aprati built his legal foundation in the Midwest. He completed a Bachelor of Arts at Illinois Wesleyan University in 2015 and earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2018. Those years shaped his approach to practice: steady, direct and rooted in classroom study and courtroom observation.
After law school he took the steps necessary to practice in Illinois. He is licensed to practice in that state and joined Levin & Perconti, a Chicago firm, where he has worked on matters handled by the office. His time at Chicago-Kent exposed him to litigation technique and client counseling, and he carried those skills into private practice.
At Levin & Perconti Aprati has worked alongside more senior trial lawyers. His practice has involved research, drafting, and motion practice, as well as preparation for hearings and trials. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he pays attention to factual detail and to courtroom procedure. He has spent time preparing filings and assisting on complex matters that require coordinated work among attorneys, experts and staff.
Outside the office he maintains professional ties. He is a current member of the Justinian Society, an organization that historically brings together attorneys with common cultural and professional interests. That membership reflects a continuing engagement with the local bar community and with opportunities for professional exchange.
Aprati’s work style is pragmatic. He focuses on clear legal writing and disciplined preparation. He approaches client matters by assembling facts, isolating legal issues and testing arguments before advancing them in court papers or hearings. He prefers practical solutions and prepares for litigation in a way that keeps options open for settlement or trial.
He continues to practice at Levin & Perconti in Illinois and remains active in the local legal community. His current practice focuses on client representation through his work at Levin & Perconti.
