About Hannah

Hannah Stetson began her academic path at the University of Southern California, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2015 with a double concentration in Philosophy, Politics & Law and Communications. She went on to earn her J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2019. Those years shaped how she approaches complex factual problems and how she talks about them in plain terms.

Early in her legal training Stetson took time inside courts and prosecutor’s offices to learn how cases move from file to hearing. She served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard M. Aronson at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three. That placement gave her direct exposure to appellate briefing, opinion drafting and the procedural mechanics that govern appeals.

She also worked as a law clerk in the Orange County District Lawyer’s office. There she handled research assignments, assisted with trial preparation and observed courtroom advocacy. Those duties added practical experience to the doctrinal grounding she received in law school.

Stetson joined several professional organizations early in her career. She has been a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers since 2019. She has also been active in the Orange County Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division beginning in 2019. These memberships have kept her connected to local practitioners and to continuing legal education opportunities.

After completing her clerkships and early public-sector work, Stetson moved into private practice. She is based out of Klein & Wilson. At the firm she works on litigation matters and collaborates with colleagues on case strategy and courtroom preparation. Colleagues describe her as methodical in legal research and attentive to procedure.

Her writing and courtroom exposure at the appellate level have informed how she frames arguments and prepares records for trial. She keeps a steady pace in practice, balancing client deadlines and the demands of discovery and motion work. She also takes part in local bar activities when schedules allow.

Stetson continues to build her practice at Klein & Wilson and handles litigation matters there. Her current practice focuses on litigation work at Klein & Wilson.
