About Inti Jordan
Inti Jordan Martinez-Aleman earned her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She completed the rigorous curriculum there and left with a clear sense of the practical demands of legal work. Her time in law school shaped how she approaches casework and client communication.
After law school she pursued admission to practice in multiple states. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota and New York. That dual admission has allowed her to handle matters that cross state lines and advise clients who operate in more than one jurisdiction.
Martinez-Aleman has worked in settings that required both courtroom presence and close client counseling. Her early career included roles that required legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions for trial. She has experience appearing before state tribunals and advising clients on procedural and substantive issues. Those experiences helped her build the procedural toolkit she uses today.
Her practice combines litigation work with transactional and advisory tasks. She has handled contested matters as well as negotiated resolutions. In contested settings she has prepared evidence and advocated on behalf of clients. In negotiated matters she has focused on achieving workable outcomes through careful drafting and strategic compromise.
Colleagues describe her as attentive to detail and clear in her explanations. Clients have noted she makes complex legal points easier to understand. She tends to prefer direct, practical advice that outlines risks and possible paths forward. That plainspoken approach guides how she prepares clients for hearings and settlement talks.
Outside of the courtroom she has been involved in continuing legal education and professional networks that keep practitioners current on statute changes and procedural developments. She follows shifting precedent closely and adjusts case strategy when new rulings affect core issues. That habit of staying current helps when cases evolve quickly or when regulations change midstream.
Today she practices at CEIBA FORTE LAW FIRM. She represents clients in matters arising under the laws of Minnesota and New York, handling both contested litigation and transactional work across those jurisdictions.
