James David Hartt earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999. He completed his legal education at a time when the profession was adapting to new technologies and shifting economic pressures. He is licensed to practice in New York, Arizona and New Jersey. After law school he entered practice and, in 2006, opened a solo office under the name James D. Hartt, Esq., Lawyer At Law. Hartt’s career has been carried out largely from central New York. He maintains an office in Syracuse and operates under his firm name for client matters.
