Jeffrey Andrew Cohen is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Cohen is the managing partner at Cohen Business Law Group, APC, a law firm located at 10990 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1025, Los Angeles, CA 90024. He has been practicing law for over 35 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Cohen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate at Pepperdine University School of Law, studying in both Malibu, California, and London, England. During his time at Pepperdine, he participated in the Oxford Moot Court Competition in Oxford, England. He graduated in 1990 and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year.

Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, corporate law, intellectual property, and internet law. He represents businesses in matters involving corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, internet marketing, data privacy, and intellectual property protection. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cohen has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.

Mr. Cohen is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Intellectual Property Section), and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He serves on the steering committee of the Internet Law Leadership Summit and the cyberlaw committee of the business law section of the California State Bar Association. He is also a frequent guest lecturer for the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Cohen is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
