Jeffrey K Nielsen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Jose State University in 2006 and went on to receive his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 2011. His academic path combined quantitative coursework and legal training. That combination shaped his early approach to problem solving and client counsel.
He began his legal career soon after law school and joined Anastasi & Nielsen as a lawyer in 2012. He has worked at the firm since then, representing clients on matters handled by the office. Over more than a decade at the same firm he has taken on responsibilities that range from client intake and case preparation to courtroom appearances and negotiated resolutions.
Nielsen has been active in the legal community in the Bay Area. He has been a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association since 2012 and participates in the association’s professional programs and events. That connection keeps him engaged with developments in local practice and provides regular contact with other attorneys across the region.
His background in finance informs how he evaluates disputes and transactions. He applies numerical analysis and contract awareness to factual investigations and strategy.
