Jeremy David Pasternak is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Pasternak earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/American Literature and Political Science in 1991. During his time at Santa Clara University, he was awarded a Public Interest Scholarship and served as a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Pasternak's practice areas include employment litigation and civil rights matters. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at several law firms, including Rudy, Exelrod & Zieff, the Legal Aid Society of San Francisco/Employment Law Center, O'Donnell & Mandel, and the Law Offices of David H. Greenburg.
Mr. Pasternak is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected for inclusion on the list of Super Lawyers in Northern California each year from 2008 through the present. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and serves on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
