He has been practicing law for over 35 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Hughey earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1989. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Antioch College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. During his time at the University of San Francisco, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles, preparing him for a diverse legal career.

Mr. Hughey concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, including child custody, child support, divorce, paternity, premarital agreements, spousal support, and visitation rights.
