About Kristen L.

Kristen L. Doleva-Lecher built a legal foundation that began in the classroom and moved steadily into practice. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997, majoring in political science and completing dual minors in psychology and English literature. She then went on to law school at Nova Southeastern University, receiving her J.D. in 2003.

Her education anchored a decade of early professional development. After law school she entered the practice of law in Pennsylvania. By 2011 she was working as a lawyer at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., a firm where she has handled a range of matters for clients based in and around Reading, Pennsylvania. That role followed several years of establishing herself in the legal community after graduation.

Doleva-Lecher’s background in political science and the liberal arts informs how she approaches cases. Her academic training emphasized analysis, clear writing and attention to detail. Those skills translate into steady courtroom preparation and written work when cases require formal filings or negotiations. Colleagues and clients note an approach that prizes careful fact-gathering and practical assessment.

Her admission to practice in Pennsylvania places her work squarely in state courts and regulatory contexts. Over time she has become familiar with local procedures and the expectations of judges and court staff in the region. Her position at a Reading office keeps her engaged with community-based matters and the procedural rhythms of the county legal system.

Outside the office, Doleva-Lecher’s earlier studies in psychology and literature inform her client interactions. She brings attention to how people communicate about disputes and what they value in resolution. That perspective guides how she frames arguments and how she listens during client interviews.

In recent years she has continued at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., where her practice is based in Reading, Pennsylvania. She maintains ties to the local legal community and handles matters that arise in the state system. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.
