Lisa Jean Damiani is the founder and principal attorney at Damiani Law Group APC, a San Diego-based firm specializing in personal injury, criminal law, DUI & DWI, business law, employment law, and white-collar crime. She has been practicing law in California since 1988. Ms. Damiani earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1983 and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1988. She served on the Law Review and received the Richard D.
Westbrook Trial Advocacy Award. After passing the California Bar in 1988, she began her legal career focusing on criminal defense. In 1993, she joined the white-collar crime practice group of a national law firm, handling cases involving fraud, money laundering, homicide, and assault. She also participated in employment, business, government contract, and product liability class action litigation. In 2000, Ms.
Damiani founded Damiani Law Group APC, concentrating on criminal defense and employment and business litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts across California, Idaho, Oklahoma, Colorado. Nevada. Ms. Damiani has been recognized as a San Diego Super Lawyer since 2010 and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence.
She has lectured for the California State Bar, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and other organizations.
