Mark I. Cohen is a criminal defense attorney based in New York City, specializing in white-collar crime. He earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1982. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1987. He is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Cohen began his legal career in 1985 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.

He also represents clients in administrative litigation proceedings against various U.S., New York State, and New York City agencies.
