About Mitchell

Mitchell Feldman built a legal path that starts in finance and finds its stride in dispute resolution. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1988 and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1995. Those credentials set the stage for a career across state and federal courts in the Southeast.

After law school he entered private practice and moved into partnership by 2000 at Silver, Feldman Bass & Brams. He later led his own firms and practices. He was a managing and founding shareholder at Feldman Law Group, PA beginning in 2009. He founded Mitchell L. Feldman, Esq. P.A. in 2016 and served as CEO of Feldman Mediation and Arbitration Services that same year. In 2017 he was managing partner of Feldman Williams PLLC, and since 2019 he has been shareholder and president of Feldman Legal Group.

Across those roles he has handled litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is admitted in Georgia (1995) and Florida (1996), and he practices in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida and the Northern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In Florida he holds certification as a Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator, a credential that reflects his work in mediation and arbitration.

Professional memberships have been a steady part of his career. He has been a member of the Georgia State Bar since 1995 and the Florida State Bar since 1996. He joined the Hillsborough County Bar Association in 2000. His national affiliations include the American Bar Association beginning in 2009 and the National Employment Lawyers Association since 2010. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Association since 2016.

Colleagues describe him as an attorney who moves between courtroom advocacy and mediated settlement. His practice record shows experience in federal and state litigation and in conducting civil mediations. He has overseen teams and managed practices of varying size, and he has maintained an active role in client representation while running those firms.

He leads Feldman Legal Group as shareholder and president and continues to appear in trial courts and mediations across Florida and Georgia. He currently concentrates his practice on employment litigation and dispute resolution.
