About Mr. Timothy M
Mr. Timothy M Farrow began his legal path after completing a B.A. at the University of South Florida in 1983 and earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1987. Those years set the technical foundation for a career rooted in Florida practice and federal court work. He moved from law school into the state bar and into trial work shortly thereafter.
His early years in practice were spent litigating personal injury matters across Florida. By 1990 he was working as a personal injury lawyer in Florida, handling cases on behalf of injured clients and gaining courtroom experience. In 1997 he became a partner at Farrow & Pulice PA, a role that shifted him from solo advocacy into shared firm leadership and collaborative case management.
Farrow is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has maintained membership in the Florida State Bar since 1990, and that continuous registration reflects an uninterrupted presence in the state’s legal community. Over the years he has also joined professional organizations that are commonly associated with trial attorneys.
He holds memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the Florida Bar Foundation. Outside the courtroom he has engaged in community and institutional service. Notably, he served as co-chair elect of the Parents Council at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta for the 2011–2012 term, a voluntary role connected to family and alumni engagement rather than his legal work.
Farrow practices from several offices along Florida’s Gulf Coast. He maintains locations in Sarasota, Englewood and Venice. Those offices support local intake, client meetings and trial preparation for cases brought in state and federal venues throughout the region.
Colleagues and opposing counsel know him as an experienced trial lawyer who has spent decades handling personal injury litigation. He continues to try cases and manage claims through his role at Farrow & Pulice PA. His current practice concentrates on representing people injured in accidents and pursuing related litigation in Florida courts and in the Middle District of Florida federal court.
