Mr. Zargarpour earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989. During his time at USC, he developed a strong foundation in business and law, which has been instrumental in his legal career.
Mr. Zargarpour concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, franchise law, and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and franchise agreements. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Zargarpour has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Zargarpour is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been recognized for his contributions to the legal community, including being named "Man of the Year" by the National Latina Business Women Association in 2016-2017. He is also a guest lecturer at the USC Entrepreneur Program and has been involved in various pro bono activities, including providing legal services to non-profit organizations and individuals in need.
