About Nadezhda Nadia
Nadezhda Nadia Liberg built her legal foundation across two countries and two legal systems. She completed her legal studies at Pacific National University School of Law, receiving a credential that is treated as the U.S. J.D. equivalent. Seeking further specialization in American law, she earned an LL.M. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019.
Those academic steps led her into immigration law. Early in her career she worked as a lawyer at Immigration Legal Services of Long Island, where she gained hands-on experience with client intake, case preparation and courtroom proceedings. Her time there exposed her to the practical pressures of immigration practice and to the variety of matters that individuals and families bring to immigration attorneys.
After several years of practice, Liberg founded Liberg & Associates, P.C. She remains the firm’s principal lawyer and oversees its caseload. As founder she manages both the legal work and the operational side of the practice. She has handled cases that require interactions with federal immigration agencies and state courts, and she is accustomed to preparing the documents and arguments such matters demand.
Liberg is licensed to practice in Missouri. She combines training from a continental law program and an American graduate law program, which informs how she approaches legal research and client counseling. Colleagues describe her as methodical and thorough. Clients have sought her out for personal immigration challenges as well as for family-based matters.
Her courtroom and administrative experience includes representing clients before immigration authorities and in related proceedings. She places emphasis on clear client communication and on preparing each matter to move efficiently through the system. She also keeps up with changes in immigration rules and procedures that affect filing strategies and case timelines.
Outside of casework, Liberg has continued ties to legal organizations and professional networks. She participates in continuing education and legal training opportunities to maintain currency in both procedural practice and substantive immigration law.
Today, Liberg practices through Liberg & Associates, P.C., and continues work connected to Immigration Legal Services of Long Island. She handles immigration matters for individuals and families and maintains an active law practice in Missouri.
