Nathan Richard Glassman is a senior shareholder at Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C., a law firm based in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been practicing law for over five decades, focusing on medical malpractice, business law, insurance defense, and legal malpractice. Licensed in Tennessee since 1972, he is also admitted to practice in Mississippi and Arkansas. Mr. Glassman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1972. He furthered his legal education with post-graduate studies in trial strategy at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1975.

Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Memphis, obtained in 1969. Throughout his career, Mr. Glassman has been recognized for his expertise and contributions to the legal field. He is a certified Civil Trial and Pretrial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2010, he was honored as a Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation. Mr. Glassman has also been actively involved in legal education and professional development. He has served as a guest lecturer for various organizations, including the University of Tennessee Continuing Legal Education, the University of Memphis Continuing Legal Education, and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He has also been a guest lecturer for the Southeastern Claims Association, Memphis Claims Association, and the Memphis Shelby County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education. In 2019, he was honored with the Pillar of Excellence award by the University of Memphis School of Law. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr.

Glassman has been recognized for his contributions to the legal community. In 2014, he was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an organization limited to less than 0.5% of North American lawyers. He has also been honored by Schneider National Trucking Company with its Partnership Award on two occasions in recognition of his significant contributions and overall excellence in his legal representation of Schneider. Mr. Glassman continues to practice law in Memphis, Tennessee. He remains active in his areas of expertise, serving clients across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
