About Nicole
Nicole Chiravollatti began her legal training at Saint Louis University School of Law, entering in 2001 and earning her J.D. in 2005. She completed a traditional course of study in St. Louis and left law school ready for courtroom work. The timing positioned her to move into public service soon after graduation.
In 2006 she took a position as an Assistant Prosecuting Lawyer with the St. Louis Prosecuting Lawyer. That early role put her on the front lines of criminal litigation. She handled courtroom appearances, managed case dockets and worked with law enforcement and victims. The job shaped her view of process and procedure and gave her regular experience in trial settings.
After several years in public prosecution, Chiravollatti shifted to private practice and took on a leadership role at The Hammer Law Office, LLC. She became the firm’s managing partner in 2012. In that capacity she oversaw firm operations and case management, balancing administrative duties with client work. Running a small firm meant she took on a mix of responsibilities, from supervising staff to setting office priorities.

She has remained licensed in Missouri, practicing in the courts there and working within the state’s procedural framework.
