About Pat

Pat Crowl built a foundation in economics and business before turning to law. She earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis (2009), then completed an MBA in Business Administration at California State University, Fresno (2011). She went on to law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, receiving a J.D. (2016). Crowl later completed an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Temple University Beasley School of Law (2018).

Those academic stops reflect a steady movement toward courtroom practice and workplace law. The LL.M. in Trial Advocacy added additional training in courtroom technique, evidence and persuasive presentation. Earlier studies in economics and business inform how she assesses financial and operational aspects of workplace disputes.

Crowl is admitted to practice in California. She turned that admission into a practice focused on labor and employment matters. Over the course of her career she has worked on issues that arise when employers, employees and regulators interact. Her background combines business training and trial preparation, which she applies to client problems that involve both policy and practical consequences.

She is a member of Nossaman LLP’s labor and employment team, where she is listed as a labor and employment lawyer. In that role she works on employment-related legal matters for the firm’s clients. Her work at the firm involves counseling, responding to claims and addressing regulatory questions that affect the workplace.

Outside of casework, Crowl’s academic path signals an interest in the mechanics of advocacy and the business realities behind employment disputes. She has balanced coursework in managerial economics and business administration with formal training in legal advocacy. That combination shapes how she prepares claims, frames defenses and advises clients on risk.

Crowl practices labor and employment law at Nossaman LLP, handling workplace-related legal matters for clients across California.
