About Robert B.

Robert B. Ingalls earned a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University in 2008. He moved from academic study to practical work fairly quickly. The degree gave him a foundation in analytical thinking and research that he later applied to a legal career in North Carolina.

He took on a leadership role at Ingalls Law, PLLC in 2013 when he became the firm's managing lawyer. In that capacity he has overseen daily operations, managed client matters, and directed case strategy. The title reflects responsibility for both the business side of the practice and its litigation work. Colleagues say he balances administrative duties with hands-on casework.

Licensed to practice in North Carolina, Ingalls has also engaged with professional groups in the state. He has been an associate member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice since 2014. That affiliation places him in a network of trial lawyers and offers access to continuing education and peer resources. He also maintains memberships in other professional organizations.

Over the years his work has included advising clients, preparing legal filings, and appearing in state courts. He manages a range of matters at the firm level and supervises other lawyers and staff. The practice has an operational scale that requires attention to both client needs and the logistics of running a small law office. He is known within the firm for keeping day-to-day processes moving and for taking responsibility for complex files.

Outside the office he has kept ties to local legal circles and to alumni networks from his university years. Those connections have informed how the firm approaches client intake and case evaluation. They also help the office remain connected to regional developments in law and practice standards.

He continues to lead Ingalls Law, PLLC in North Carolina, carrying the managing lawyer role into the current year. He currently focuses his practice at Ingalls Law, PLLC, handling matters and representing clients throughout North Carolina.
