Robert B. Ingalls earned a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University in 2008. He moved from academic study to practical work fairly quickly. The degree gave him a foundation in analytical thinking and research that he later applied to a legal career in North Carolina.
He took on a leadership role at Ingalls Law, PLLC in 2013 when he became the firm's managing lawyer.
