About Shaina

Shaina Weissman built her legal foundations in Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and went on to receive her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Those years shaped her understanding of law and public policy and set the stage for her professional work.

After law school, Weissman moved into practice and has worked within firm settings since. Her training combined classroom rigor with practical clinics and internships that Northeastern emphasizes. The mix of academic study and hands-on opportunities informed the way she approaches case work and client interactions.

Her career has included roles that require careful attention to procedural detail and client communication. At firm staff meetings she has been noted for methodical preparation and measured advocacy. Colleagues describe her as someone who prepares thoroughly and explains options plainly to clients. She handles pleadings, discovery, and courtroom filings with the steady pace that complex matters demand.

Weissman’s work draws on both her undergraduate and legal education. The B.A. program at UMass Amherst contributed a broad analytical base. Northeastern’s J.D. program added practical legal skills. Those elements combine in daily practice when she evaluates case facts, studies relevant law, and presents clear recommendations to those she represents.

At Simon Greenstone Panatier she is part of a team that manages litigation and client counseling. Her role involves drafting motions, conducting research, and coordinating with experts when cases require technical input. She has worked on matters that cross local and federal procedural lines and learned to adapt strategy to shifting deadlines and evidentiary demands.

People who work with Weissman say she stresses clarity. She breaks down legal steps into understandable terms, helps set expectations, and keeps clients informed about developments. That approach reflects a practical sensibility: law can be complex, so explanations should not be.

Outside of casework, Weissman continues to draw on professional networks developed during law school and early practice years. Those contacts provide perspective on emerging issues and procedural changes. She remains active in the day-to-day management of case files and client communications.

She currently practices at Simon Greenstone Panatier, where she represents clients in a range of legal matters.
