Timothy Blaise Broderick is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Broderick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1973. He then pursued his Juris Doctor degree at the UCLA School of Law, graduating in 1980. During his time at UCLA, he developed a strong foundation in civil litigation, which has been central to his legal career.
Mr. Broderick specializes in employment law, focusing on cases involving sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and wrongful termination. He also handles defamation and privacy invasion cases, including those involving internet defamation.
